Installation Checklist & F.A.Q

We have expertise assembling and installing a wide range of products including: behavioral health fixtures and equipment, healthcare equipment, medical supply storage systems, wire racking and shelving, systems office furniture, mounting and hanging TVs, and IT components.

The earlier the better! This gives us time to talk through your project details, schedule an onsite walkthrough, and ensure schedule availability!

While not required, it is highly recommended. This gives our team a chance to walk the space and cover areas of priority, troubleshoot, and accurately plan for install day. The exception would be for warranty repair; we can typically complete these projects without an onsite visit. It helps to have a representative from the client onsite during the walkthrough to provide insight and direction and answer questions that come up about the project.

We recommend deliveries start arriving 30 days in advance of the project installation start date. 30 days allows for an ample delivery window to minimize late arriving product. It also allows for our team to precisely track inventory product and organize our warehouse so our install runs efficiently. 

This is project dependent. Warranty repair work is usually completed in a few hours but large scale installs can take anywhere from one day to several weeks. We aim to provide an accurate timeline for completion at the time of estimate submission so you can plan accordingly. 

Yes! In most cases, a certificate of insurance is required by various parties prior to work starting. We will always provide a copy and will list out additional insured requirements.

Yes! In some cases, office buildings, healthcare facilities, and schools require work be performed prior to or after office hours. We will incorporate factors like these into our install timeline to ensure we meet our clients schedule for completion.
